This fuel pump controller 20 drives and controls the fuel pump 14 supplying a fuel to an engine 11 mounted in a vehicle 10, and is provided with: an electronic circuit 22 controlling power supplied to the fuel pump 14; and a blocking member 17 blocking a maintenance hole 16 formed in the floor panel 12 of the vehicle 10 while having the electronic circuit 22 attached thereto. The electronic circuit 22 is attached to the cabin internal surface of the blocking member 17.
