To miniaturize the whole device by effectively utilizing the volume of a chamber by arranging a fuel filter on the opening side of the chamber, and arranging the filter on the suction side of a fuel pump.
The chamber 3 is arranged in a fuel tank 1, and the fuel filter 4 is arranged on the opening part 3B side. The fuel pump 6 sucks in fuel gathering in the chamber 3 by passing through the filter 3, and delivers the fuel to an external part from a supply pipe 8. A suction pump 11 sucks in the fuel on the outside of the chamber 3 by using discharge fuel by the pump 6, and delivers the fuel to the upper side of the filter 4 from a delivery pipe 14. Thus, the volume of the chamber 3 can be sufficiently secured including the volume of the filter 4, and the filter 4 can be compactly arranged in the chamber 3. The fuel delivered from the delivery pipe 14 can be made to efficiently flow in the chamber 3 from the filter 4 by dead weight.
