To save power consumption at a time of heating a printer.
The power unit 68 provided on the rear face of a touch panel 34 and the power unit 72 on a circuit board 70 are heating sections energized all the time, and are held in a state that the connecting parts 74a, 76a provided at one end of heat pipes 74, 76 are in contact. The connecting parts 74b, 76b provided at the other end of the heat pipes 74, 76 are attached to different locations such as a side face or the upper face of a printer 66. The printer 66 is heated all the time by the heat generated at the power units 68, 72 via the heat pipes 74, 76, allowing a printer head to print liquid supply information (kind of liquid, liquid quantity, charge for liquid supply or the like), even in low temperature environments such as a cold district or the like.
