Abstract:
To supply liquefied gas together with fuel to an engine.
Fuel is supplied to the engine solely or together with diesel fuel. An injector 20 supplies liquefied gas to the engine E in a vapor form. Bubble prevention mechanisms 203, 209, 208 prevent the liquefied gas from bubbling or boiling at the injector. The prevention means uses liquefied gas for cooling the injector. Liquefied gas is in a form of bubbled vapor entering a chamber 206 and the vapor cools the injector 20. The vapor enters a vapor block 208 for supplying intake air to the engine, and is supplied to return to the engine together with fuel discharged by the injector 20.
