PURPOSE: To obtain a fuel intended to resolve the waste disposal problems for plant garbage and also environmental problems and to recycle said garbage, by dehydrating and drying plant garbage followed by grinding or cutting into a granular form.

CONSTITUTION: Plant garbage such as domestic vegetable refuse, flowery plant, leaves, twigs and vegetable refuse left in the field is dehydrated by a dehydrator followed by drying using a dryer to bring the water content of said garbage to pref. ≤18wt%. Thence, the resulting garbage is ground or cut to a size pref. ≤3mm, and, if needed, mixed with ca. 10wt% of powdered coal, thus obtaining the objective fuel.
