Abstract:
PURPOSE:To change speed over wide ranges, by increasing speed by means of magnet valves in addition to the maximum speed of servo-valves by connecting a magnet valve operating circuit in parallel with a servo-valve operating circuit. CONSTITUTION:In an operating circuit A of an operating lever 1, a magnet valve operating circuit 3 using magnet valves 3a, 3b is connected in parallel with a servo- valve operating circuit 2 employing servo-valves 2a, 2b. The magnet valve 3a or 3b is opened under a condition that the servo-valve 2a or 2b is maximally opened, and speed is increased by means of the magnet valve 3a or 3b in addition to the maximum speed by means of the servo-valve 2a or 2b. Consequently, speed can be changed over wide ranges without losing the operational ability of the servo-valves. Thus, devices to be operated are rapidly moved up to working locations, the devices can slowly be operated within the ranges of speed that the servo-valbes permit at the working locations and the efficiency of operations can be improved.
