Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enable a long-term operation lay cooling efficiently a furnace wall of a fluidized-bed incinerator.
CONSTITUTION: An air pipe 4 which is bent into an air tower part of an incinerator 1 or bent downward is embedded in a furnace wall. In this instance, a metal part of the air pipe 4 is not exposed inside the air tower part 7, and cooled air is diffused through the air pipe 4 to a stepped shelf of the furnace wall. Accordingly, formation of clinker which decreases operation efficiency of the incinerator 1 is prevented, whereby the furnace of he fluidized-bed incinerator 1 can be cooled efficiently and a long-term operation can be realized.
