Abstract:

To provide a furnace water pipe protective structure, in which no force act between the crest sections of refractory heat-resistant blocks and thin-film sections, and accordingly, the crest sections are not broken.

This furnace water pipe protective structure has a plurality of water pipes 101, 102, etc., laid in a furnace, thin-film sections 109 connecting adjacent water pipes 101 and 102 to each other, bolts 110 fixed to the thin-film sections 109, and refractory heat-resistant blocks 103 supported by the side sections 117 of the shafts of the bolts 110 or nuts 112 screwed on the bolts 110. In the structure, gaps 113 and 114 are respectively formed between the thin-film sections 109 and water pipes 101 and 102, and between the blocks 103 and pipes 101 and 102.
