To avoid the trouble of connecting a relay portion and a function portion by using a power cable in furniture which permits an option member having an insertion portion having a power receiving electrode coming into contact with a power feeding electrode, the relay portion integrated with the insertion portion, and a function portion forming a body different from the relay portion, receiving the supply of electric power and exhibiting a prescribed function to be attached to a furniture body.
A lighting fitting 5 as the option member is provided with a human-sensitive sensor portion 6 as the relay portion having the insertion portion with the power receiving electrode inserted into the opening of a power feeding rail 32 and coming into contact with the power feeding electrode existing in the opening, a base 7 as the function portion forming a body different from the former, adjacent to the human-sensitive sensor portion 6 along the power feeding rail 32 in the longitudinal direction and exhibiting a prescribed function, and is provided on the sides butting against each other or in proximity to each other and supplying electric power to the function portion and the human-sensitive sensor portion 6 through a supply and demand terminal.
