Abstract:
The furniture (1) has a sitting face and/or a reclining face adjusted from a use position into a standing up assistance position and partially raised and/or lowered in the standing up assistance position compared to the use position. Multiple rollers (6, 7) are provided to move the furniture. A fixing unit (12) forcibly locks the rollers during the adjustment of the sitting face and/or the reclining face from the use position into the standing up assistance position. A lever mechanism (13) is coupled to the rollers to lock and/or release the rollers.
