Abstract:
PURPOSE:To suppress manufacturing cost and provide a fuse excellent in high frequency noise removing effect by fitting a cylindrical ferrite core on the periphery of a fuse bulb encapsulated in a glass tube, and thereby facilitating fitting of ferrite core. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical ferrite core 4 is fitted on the periphery of a fuse bulb 3 consisting of a fuse 2 encapsulated in a glass tube 1. Through utilization of the high frequency loss characteristics which the ferrite core 4 has, the high frequency noise in the current on a power supply line and signal line flowing through the fuse is removed. Further a bypass capacitor consisting of a ceramic capacitor 5 is installed at the electrode part on both sides of this fuse bulb 3, and high frequency noise is removed to an ideal degree. The unit component of fuse with ferrite core is equipped with a current protecting function and high frequency removing function, and the fitting of ferrite core is facilitated and the manufacturing cost suppressed.
