Abstract:

To provide a technique useful for cancer treatment targeting at least a chemoresistant cancer cell.SOLUTION: A fusion protein includes an anthrax protective antigen sequence, a target protein sequence, and a protease recognition sequence. The anthrax protective antigen sequence includes a sequence representing domain 1 of the anthrax protective antigen sequence. The sequence representing domain 1 has the protease recognition sequence and the target protein sequence inserted thereto in order from the N-terminal side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
