Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make it possible to manufacture a motor which inhibits the oscillation of imbalance voltage and hence protects a motor from any abnormal rotation in a stable manner by reducing output resistance lower than 0.5 kOMEGA. CONSTITUTION:The output resistance of a GaAs Hall device is adapted to be lower than 0.5 kOMEGA. This construction reduces the voltage drop in the change of current flowing to an output terminal, and minimizes the magnitude of oscillation voltage induced noise current. Therefore, even when oscillation occurs, an adverse effect on a motor can be neglected so that it may be possible to inhibit the generation of control troubles. Therefore, this construction makes it possible to eliminate the oscillation of almost every GaAs Hall device which occurs at he rate 1 to 1000 to 10000, thereby enabling stabilized production of motors which are free of control failure.
