Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gabion for exerting superior shape stability to various vibrations such as an earthquake, superior in flexibility to the vibrations, and causing little damage by absorbing impact force with an adjacent gabion.
SOLUTION: This square gabion forms an upper surface 2 and an under surface 3 in a quadrangular shape. An infilling material input opening part 8 is arranged on the upper surface 2 or a side surface 4. The other surface is formed of a net-like member 9. A cover 10 is provided for blocking up the infilling material input opening part 8. At least one of the side surfaces 4, 4, 5 and 5 has a swelling part 6 swollen so that a swelling degree becomes maximum in an almost central part.
