Abstract:
PURPOSE:To maintain a stable condition for a long time with a higher exchangeability by converting an output value of a pressure sensor into a digital data, which is corrected by a data from a key input means to correct scattering of an output value of the pressure sensor. CONSTITUTION:A voltage as generated when a pressure of 500kg/m<2> is applied on a pressure sensor 1 is checked before-hand and a value thereof is inputted from a key input device 7 to be read with a computer 5. Thereafter, a data from the pressure sensor 1 as converted into a digital data with an A/D con verter 4 is read and undergoes a correction processing.
