Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a galvanized steel sheet excellent in plating adhesion and corrosion resistance on the worked part.
CONSTITUTION: The galvanized steel sheet excellent in plating adhesion and corrosion resistance on the worked part in which a steel sheet is applied with a Zn-Fe allay layer as a primary layer, with an Ni-Al-Zn allay layer as a secondary layer and with a Zn layer contg. 0.1 to 1% Al as a third layer is obtd. Furthermore, the space between the primary layer and secondary layer is provided with an Ni layer, and moreover, the inside of the Zn layer on the secondary uppermost layer is incorporated with ≤0.2% Ni, Sb and Pb independently or compositely.
