To provide a game ball lifting machine capable of lifting game balls without using a conveyor belt to which high tension is applied.

A game ball lifting machine includes: a pair of chains 16 circulating along an annular track to transmit driving force; loading bar members 17 extended between the pair of chains 16 and driven along the annular track by the chains 16; and lifting passage sections 25A-25C extending along a rising portion α of the annular track and formed in a cylindrical shape through which the loading bar members 17 and game balls P can internally pass. The game balls P are placed on the loading bar members 17 passing through the inside of the lifting passage sections 25A-25C, and the game balls P are conveyed upward with the rising loading bar members 17. The game balls P can thereby be conveyed upward without using a conveyor belt driven in a high tension applied state.
