The game board insert molding device has a mold 32 having a through-hole 41 in the position corresponding to the embedding position of a game nail 26, a game nail holding means 34 to hold the game nail 26 with the tip side projected into the mold 32 through the through-hole 41. The game nail holding means 34 has a pinching means 61 capable of enclosing the through-hole 41 by the tip from the outside with a prescribed position of the game nail 26 pinched by the pinching portion 65 of the tip side. The through-hole 41 and the tip of the pinching portion 65 are tapered. The pinching means 61 is openably formed along the tapered surface of the through-hole 41. When a prescribed position of the game nail 26 is pinched by the pinching portion 65, the head 26b of the game nail 26 deviates from the track of movement when the pinching portion 65 is opened and closed.
