This game expanding system SY2 for expanding a game method using a toy system SY1 is operated by combining with the toy system SY1 for which the setting of a parameter affecting the motion control of a driving device 1 can be changed by a user. In the system SY2, setting information which matches the setting state of the parameter is received through a network 100 from a specified user terminal unit 120. Then, an evaluation to the acquired setting information is formed by referring to a database 112 for which the setting information and information evaluating the setting state are recorded by relating them to each other. The formed evaluation is transmitted to a specified reply receiver through the network 100.
