In this case, a torsion spring 28 as an open energizing means for energizing the glass plate holding frame 4 in an open direction is mounted on the hinge pin 24. In the torsion spring 28, linear parts 28b, 28c at both ends are compressed and energy-stored in a state that the glass plate holding frame 4 is closed. When the glass plate holding frame 4 is opened, the spring 28 acts so as to maintain the glass plate holding frame 4 in an opened state by the repulsive force.
