To provide a game machine capable of suitably increasing a degree of attention to a game.SOLUTION: A lower variable winning device 65A arranged in a game area includes a lower large winning hole 341A facing an upper part of a game machine, and a plate-like shutter 345A moving to a closed position and an open position for covering the lower large winning hole 341A, and forms one portion of a rolling surface of game balls in a downstream-side passage part 324A by a plate surface of the shutter 345A arranged at the closed position. The plate surface of the shutter 345A is in a downward slope to a right side, and a sloped part 326aA that is in a down slope toward an upper end part of the shutter 345A and forms a series of rolling surfaces together with the plate surface of the shutter 345A is provided on a left side of the shutter 345A. An exit part 322aA of an upstream-side passage part 322A faces a left side, game balls guided from the upstream-side passage part 322A to the downstream-side passage part 324A move to a left side on the plate surface of the shutter 345A, and the moving direction is inverted on the sloped part 326aA.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 65
