A display control device 314 selects a display data table to be used according to a command from a voice lamp control device 313, and stores the selected table in a display data table buffer 433b. Then, the display control device adds one to a pointer 433e whenever a one-frame drawing process is completed, specifies the content of an image to be drawn next and creates a list of image drawing to be described later based on the content of drawing defined in an address indicated by the pointer 433e in the display data table stored in the display data table buffer 433b. The created list of image drawing is transmitted to an image controller 437, which is instructed to draw the image. In this way, the content of image drawing is specified in the order prescribed in the display data table according to the update of the pointer 433e, so that the image as prescribed in the display data table is displayed in a third symbol display device 281.
