Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the characteristic by forming radial slots in a wound core, inserting a coil via an insulating material, bending the teeth part of said wound core to the inside, thereby narrowing the opening part without imparing the coil inserting work. CONSTITUTION:The stator wound core 1 is formed by winding a tape shaped core material, and the stator coil 2 is inserted in the slot formed in the radial direction via the insulator. Thereafter, the teeth part 16 of said wound wore 1 is bent to the inside, and the width of the slot opening 14 is narrowed. Since the width of the opening 14 is wide when the coil 2 is inserted, the workability of the inserting work is not degraded. Since the width of the opening 14 is finally narrowed, the characteristics of the motor can be improved.
