PURPOSE: To dispense with a parking ticket by setting up a control unit, equipped with those of form reader, form recognition identifier and memory accumulator of an engine key in a gateway of parking facility, and controlling the garaging of each car with the engine key.

CONSTITUTION: A control unit 5 equipped with those of form reader 1, form recognition identifier 2, memory accumulator 3 and controller 4 of a car engine key, is set up in a gateway of multistoried parking facility. At the time of car garaging, a car owner puts his engine key in the reader 1, whereby the form is recognized by the identifier 2, data are accumulated in the memory 3, and a car is garaged in the specified position by the controller. At the time of delivery, the key is put in the reader, collating it with the accumulated data in comparison, and they accord with each other, the car is delivered. With this constitution, any parking ticket is made disused and, what is more, garaging control can be done with certainty.
