PURPOSE: To simplify the structure, to suppress the consuming power, and to suppress the projection of the side surface of a container in a material throwing-in part by composing the device in a structure to omit a screw for compression.

CONSTITUTION: Since a garbage disposal device is provided with a stirring and conveying machine 12 running in one direction by pressing a pressure plate 15 to a material M agitated by a stirring means 14, both the stirring of the material M and the running the stirring and conveying machine 12 can be carried out only by the driving means 16 of the stirring means 14. And since a constant capacity of clearance M1 is formed at the front part of the stirring and conveying machine 12 by agitating up the material M, the material M can be thrawn into the clearance M1 through a material thrawing-in port 17, and as a result, a screw for compression to compress the material M to a container 11, and a driving a device to drive the screw are not necessary to be composed at the material thrawing-in port 17 as in the conventional garbage disposal device.
