This garbage disposer is provided with a temperature detection means 23 detecting the temperature of air sucked from a disposer tank 11 and a humidity detection means 24 detecting the humidity of air sucked from the disposer tank 11 in a first passage 15, and a control means(microcomputer 31) controlling a discharge air flow adjusting means 20 based on the detected values by the temperature and humidity detection means 23, 24.
