PURPOSE: To make a device and operation clean and simple so as to reduce the garbage disposal cost by performing compression, dewatering, and packaging simultaneously while trash of unfixed form is filled in a storage vessel by utilizing a reinforced box.

CONSTITUTION: Garbage and scraps of vegetables from a sink 2 are dropped in a strainer bucket 6 and collected in a draining storage chamber or a disposal chamber 9 below the bucket 8. A damper 16 is provided in the inside or outside of the bucket b and opened or closed manually or automatically to stop leakage of garbage and prevent water from flowing into a storage vessel 11 side or a piston 3 side in large quantities. Waste water and separated water is drained from a drain pipe 30 through slit and clearance of piece of joint or part 34 and mesh and hole 45 of the draining bucket 8 and the storage chamber 9. The storage vessel 11 in a reinforced box 28 is filled with garbage by a pressing plate or the piston 3. Stop sections 35, 36 are unlocked, and the reinforced box 28 is opened to take out the storage vessel 11 and seal it.
