PURPOSE: To enable high-efficient heating and incineration of garbage having high moisture content, by a method wherein a protruding heater is secured to an inner bottom part, a disposer container provided at its bottom part with a recessed part with which the heater is enwrapped is contained in a frame body, and a middle cover having size large enough to allow fitting into the bore of the disposer container is mounted to the disposer container.

CONSTITUTION: Garbage 6 is charged in a disposer 5 with a cover 4 opened. After a middle cover 11 is placed on the garbage 6 to close the cover 4, a heater 3 is energized. In this case, since the heater 3 is protruded and is covered with the bottom of the disposer 5, amount of escaping heat is decreased. A projected part formed in a shape to wrap the heater 3 is formed on the inner side of the bottom of the disposer. Since the projected part is erected up in the garbage 6, an area to receive heat energy is increased and high-efficient heating is practicable. Further, since the ceramic series middle cover 11 is placed on the garbage 6, the garbage 6 is heated in a state that its surroundings are covered, temperature is rapidly increased, and heat energy loss is also decreased. This constitution forces the garbage 6 to be heated, dehydrated, and dried, and finally ignited, and burnt by means of air fed from a blower 8.
