PURPOSE: To provide a garbage storing and discharging device containing a crusher, which comprises the crusher set inside of the garbage storing and discharging device.

CONSTITUTION: A garbage storing and discharging device comprises a rotting drum 2 having a garbage throw-in port 21 on one side and a garbage exhaust port on the other side and having screw-shaped blades 25 set on the inner circumferential wall, two crushing screw 4 set below the garbage throw-in port 21 in side the rotary drum 2 in parallel to the rotary axis of the rotating drum 2, and on a horizontal plane in parallel with each other, for crushing the garbage thrown in from the garbage throw-in port 21, and a plural number of crushing edges 26 set on the inner circumferential wall of the rotary drum 2 across the extent of almost the same length as that of the two crushing screws 4, for crushing the garbage between the crushing screws 4 and the crushing edges 26 themselves.
