Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable only a manager having a key to safely use a garbage treating device and to sufficiently carry out use management.
SOLUTION: This garbage treating device has a housing tank provided with a charging port to be opened and closed by a charging port cap. The device has also a heating means 15 for heating the garbage put into the housing tank and an agitating means 31 for agitating the garbage. The respective operations of the heating means 15 and the agitating means 31 are controlled by a controller 100. The device described above is provided with a key locking device which releasably fixes the charging port cap in a closed state. In addition, the device is provided with a locking detecting means (switch 102) for detecting the locking state and unlocking state of the key locking device. The device is provided with control means (a relay 105 and normally open contact 105a) which determine the state that the locking state of the key locking device is detected by the locking detecting means (switch 102) as the conditions to allow the respective operations of the heating means 15 and the agitating means 31.
