PURPOSE: To reutilize garbage as fodder or fertilizer by removing moisture from the garbage to reduce the volume thereof and obviate the pollution of sea or river by purifying sewage from the garbage.

CONSTITUTION: Garbage crushed by a crusher 1 is separated from sewage by means of a dehydration device 20 so as to be dehydrated. The crushed garbage separated and discharged from the device 20 is dried at a drying device 70 and accumulated in a garbage receiving box so as to be deodorized by an ozone generator, while the sewage separated from the crushed garbage is discharged into a sewerage system through a sewage purifying device 60 including filters.
