In a solid-liquid separation apparatus 42, a drain part 125 which houses a charged solid-liquid mixture and drains it on a liquid discharge part 105 by a fixed blade 110 and a moving blade 120, which are formed in an arc shape and engaged with each other, and a rotation plate 122 for rotating the moving blade 120 is formed, solids after being drained are dropped along the rotation plate 122 by reversing the moving blade 120 to discharge the solids to a solid discharge part 106, and a positional relationship is set up so that the tip part 127 of the rotation plate 122 is positioned at a distance from a partition wall 104 for partitioning the solid discharge part 106 and a liquid discharge part 105 to the solid discharge part 106 during the discharge of the solids.
