To provide a garment for a care receiver which is capable of corresponding well when a person changes the posture, and keeps an opening part thereof in an opened state.

This garment for a care receiver is composed of a pair of bottom parts which cover the lower limbs of a wearer, and a part above the crotch, extended to the bottom parts which cover the lower limbs. The garment has an opening part from the lower crotch part center of the part above the crotch to the upper side of the back, and a pair of strings whose each end is engageable with engaging means of a side of a wheelchair with a simple toilet bowl which a wearer uses, and whose the other ends are each engaged with the part above the crotch or the sides of the bottom parts so as to keep the opening part in an opened state.
