To provide a garment cover easily attachable/detachable and preventing wearing and getting dirty of the garment and to provide the use of the garment cover.

The garment cover 1 is provide with a flexible substrate 2 and a pair of magnets 4 which is opposed to each other in the case of folding this substrate 2 at a center part 3 along its longitudinal direction, which are fixed to both of the end parts of the substrate and which have mutually different polarities. As the substrate 2, an unwoven fabric, fabric or a sheet-like material made of a film, etc., can be used by making them like a tape. The substrate 2 is required to be a soft and flexible material, and can be folded vertically from its center part 3 to cover the garment flexibly along the shape of the end such as the bottom of thee garment. As the magnets 4, various conventional shapes and types of magnets can be used and the magnets having mutually different polarities (N-pole and S-pole) are fitted at both of the end parts of the substrate opposing each other in the case of folding the substrate 2 at the center part 3.
