This garment is designed to thicken a material of the paralysis side thereof. As a result of this, the patient with hemiplegia can correct a posture inclining downward to a paralysis side of the patient to a good posture without through the help of others, and always keep a corrected good posture even if moving to another place or moving the body. As a result of this, it is possible to reduce difficulty of action or work and pain, and prevent joint contracture.
