PURPOSE: To perform desired gas adsorption and separation by providing a driving device which synchronously rotates the rotary parts of a front valve sending a raw gas to section chambers of an adsorption tank and of a rear valve discharging the gas having passed the section chambers.

CONSTITUTION: The driving device synchronously rotates a gas distributing part 27 and a gas collecting part 30, and the rotation is variable and the cycle time is adjustable. By the synchronized rotation of the gas distributing part 27 and the gas collecting part 30, the specific nozzles connected to the front and the rear valves 22, 23 are connected in order to the various section chambers 25, and the adsorption, decompression, desorption and compression are processed in order thereby in each section chamber 25 during one revolution of the adsorption tank 21, and the pressure swing adsorption process is finished. In each section chamber 25, this pressure swing adsorption process is performed, and the valid components of the gas are continuously recovered.
