Abstract:
To provide a gas barrier film having an oxygen barrier property, which is further improved, and excellent printability and a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A gas barrier film 1 includes a resin base material 10 and an oxygen barrier coating film 20 positioned to be brought into contact with at least one surface 12 of the resin base material 10. The black area ratio of the one surface 12 measured by the following measurement method is 0.70% or less. In the measurement method, a photographed image is acquired by photographing an arbitrary area of 1281 μm square of the one surface of the resin base material by an optical microscope, the photographed image is converted into a monochrome image in the 256 gradations by using an image analysis software, a value obtained by subtracting 30 from a most frequent value of luminance in the monochrome image is set as a threshold, the luminance is binarized under the conditions where values less than the threshold are black and values more than the threshold are white, and a ratio of the black area with respect to an area of the region is set to be the black area ratio.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
