A gas barrier laminate is constituted by successively laminating a vapor deposition film layer comprising a metal or a metal compound and a cured matter layer, which is formed by curing an active energy beam curable aqueous composition, on a resin film and manufactured by a process (1) for coating the vapor deposition film layer of the resin film, which has the vapor deposition film layer comprising the metal or the metal compound formed on the single surface or both surfaces thereof, with the active energy beam curable aqueous composition and a process (2) for irradiating the coated resin film with active energy beam to form the cured matter layer.
