PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas barrier laminate capable of improving gas barrier and suppressing gassing.SOLUTION: In a gas barrier laminate including an adhesive layer containing at least one kind of resin selected from an epoxy resin and an acrylic resin, and a first gas barrier layer and a second gas barrier layer laminated through the adhesive layer, a mass changing rate of the adhesive layer when being heated from a temperature range 30°C up to 140°C at the rate of temperature rise of 5°C/min is 0.50% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
