An operating box 2a is provided with an illuminator to light a display part 55 of characters or marks indicating the application of fire extinguishing equipment under supply of a power source. When a protective door 12 is opened or a start switch 15 is operated, a voice annunciation signal is sent to a speaker 57 of the operating box 2a from a control panel to output a guidance by a voice message pertaining to the procedures of operations such as procedure of the present operation and starting operation, the procedure of restoration from misoperation, counter measure for failure in starting and cautions after the discharge of gas.
