Abstract:
PURPOSE: To blow a stable gas and to preferably mold even in the case of a molded form of a complicated shape with an opening, a lattice, etc.
CONSTITUTION: Gates 26, 27 are so disposed as to generate an unfilled part 28 in which molten resin does not reach if a gas is not blown in molds 20, a bore of the gate 26 is formed larger than that of the gate 27, filling with molten resin is started in the molds 20 from the gates 26, 27, and then gas is blown from an upstream side of the gates 26, 27 in the charged molten resin. In this case, the gas is not blown from the gate 27 having a smaller bore, and the gas is blown only from the gate 26. Thus, the gas is blown only into a cavity 21 having a uniform fluidization pressure distribution of the molten resin, the gas is stably blown and moldability is improved.
