PURPOSE: To increase the temperature of a connection part first and to prevent a solvent and a sample from being sucked at a connection part by connecting the top part of a column to a tube, and arranging the top part of gas chromatograph introducing directly a sample to the tube and the connection part in a sample vaporization room.

CONSTITUTION: A tube 10 and a capillary column 11 are connected to a T-shaped pipe 13. The tube 10 and the column 11 are inserted into a union 19 and are clamped and fixed by press nuts 18 and 18' be means of ferrules 17 and 17'. After the clamping and fixing, the tube 10 and the column 11 are slid upward so that the connection part is located inside the T-shaped pipe 13. In the case of analysis, a sample liquid is sucked from a sample bottle by a micro syringe 9, and a needle 20 is inserted into the tube 10 through a needle guide 5 and a septum 7. A carrier gas enters the column 11. The temperature of a sample vaporization room is increased and a sample which is vaporized by the tube 10 is sent to the column 11. At this time, since the connection part of the column 11 is located in a vaporization room 1, no sample is sucked at the connection part.
