To solve the problems such that the pretreatment of samples has conventionally required a large amount of time and labor, measurement accuracy due to human errors has greatly varied, and a device specifically designed for concentration is expensive.
A plurality of individually-temperature-controllable thermostatic chambers are connected to one another. By controlling the temperatures and switching timing of adsorbing tubes, columns, sample storages, multi-direction valves inside the thermostatic chambers, the pretreatments of samples such as extraction, concentration, purification, and derivatization are automated. Only by directly injecting an actual sample, the pretreatments of the sample are automated to obtain measurement results. It is possible to measure the sample of an amount of 1/1000th a conventional amount. There is no need for using an expensive pretreating device.
