PURPOSE: To obtain a concentrator equipped with an inexpensive gas concentration measuring means characterized by high durability and easy operation by making a gas mixture containing a specific component flow into a reference gas cell at the measurement of the concentration of the specific component in concentrated gas.
CONSTITUTION: The concentrated gas to be measured at its concentration is lead into a sample gas cell 4 having a filament at a flow rate V2 and passed through an inner tube 7 of an ejector means and exhausted through a room structure 5. On the other hand, the gas mixture which is a material to obtain the concentrated gas is led into the reference gas cell 3 having a filament 2 at a flow rate V1, passed through a suction part 8 of the ejector means together with the flow of concentrated air and then exhausted through the room structure 5. A galvanometer 6 forms a heat conductivity bridge together with filaments or the like arranged around the galvanometer 6. Since the flow rate V1 can be made proportional to the flow rate V2 by the ejector means, many merits such as a simple mechanism, easy operation, semi-permanent life and inexpensiveness can be obtained.
