Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas cooking stove capable of stopping combustion of a stove burner if a dish made of an inflammable material etc., is placed on the stove burner.SOLUTION: A gas cooking stove comprises: a cooking stove burner; a control part which controls firing and fire extinction of the cooking stove and fire power thereof; a trivet which holds a cooking instrument to be heated by the cooking stove burner on the cooking stove burner; and a temperature detection device which detects a temperature of a mounted body (cooking instrument etc.) mounted on the trivet. The control part performs temperature rise value confirmation control to stop combustion of the cooking stove burner when the detected temperature difference is equal to or less than a predetermined threshold, the detected temperature difference being a value obtained by subtracting a value of a detected temperature of the mounted body by the temperature detection device in a combustion stop state from a value of a detected temperature of the mounted body on the trivet by the temperature detection device at the point of time when a combustion state lasts for a predetermined duration after the cooking stove burner changes from the combustion stop state to a combustion state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
