To improve gas charging efficiency and aim at time reduction for gas charging/exhausting work by providing an air suction chamber having two or more gas suction ports and a gas exhausting chamber having two or more exhaust ports, in such a device for making gas charging/exhausting of a gas column, etc., for composing an air tent and/or an air boat.

A gas charging/exhausting device is sectioned into a gas suction chamber C1 having gas suction ports 2 formed thereon and a gas exhaust chamber C2 having gas exhaust ports 3 formed thereon, and 4 gas suction ports 2 and 4 gas exhaust ports 3 are provided respectively. And a motor M is set inside thereof and when the motor M is operated, air inside of the gas suction chamber C1 is fed in the gas exhaust chamber C2 so that the air is taken in the gas suction chamber C1 from the gas suction ports 2 and the air inside of the gas exhaust chamber C2 may be exhausted from the gas exhaust ports 3. Then, the air discharged from the gas exhaust ports 3 is fed into an air column from a gas charging port of an air tent, etc., after passing through a hose so as to develop an air tent, etc.
