A display panel has a front glass substrate 1 provided with electrodes, a back glass substrate 9 provided with electrodes, a discharge space formed between both substrates, partition walls 11 to partition the discharge space and sealing portions 18 to paste both substrates together, via the partition walls. The partition walls 11 are formed with low-softening-point portions 11b and high-softening-point portions 11a, so that the softening point of the low- softening-point portions 11b can be relatively lower than that of the high- softening-point portions 11a to adhere the low-softening-point portions 11b to the front glass substrate 1 with heating.
