To keep a pressure in a sterile chamber constant even if the number of hot air supply means (gas feeders) 48 which supply air into a container 4 varies when a plurality of the means 48 for supplying hot air into the container 4 are provided in the sterile chamber.
The hot air supply means 48 includes a hot air chamber 50 into which hot air is introduced at a constant pressure and a constant flow rate from the outside, a rising/lowering valve 72 which can be connected with an air discharge port (orifice passage) 82a of the hot air chamber 50, a nozzle 74 to be inserted into the container 4, and a rising/lowering stand 52 for integrally raising/lowering the valve 72 and the nozzle 74. When the valve 72 and the nozzle 74 are lowered, hot air is supplied into the container 4, while when they are raised, the air in the hot air chamber 50 is discharged as it is through the orifice passage 82a into the sterile chamber. Since a constant amount of air is always blown into the sterile chamber, the pressure does not vary.
