Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a gas filter suitable for a particulate trap and excellent in backwashing properties.
CONSTITUTION: The surfaces of the aggregate particles 3 constituting the filtering surface of a filter are coated with a film 4 with an average thickness of 4μm or less having a smooth surface so as not to close the greater part of the voids provided to the filtering surface of a gas filter.
