Abstract:
To provide a gas heating device capable of preventing sticking and accumulation of a foreign matter on a heater, and capable of efficiently carrying out heating as well.SOLUTION: A gas heating device 1 comprises a long inner cylinder 10 extending in one direction, a linear heater 16 wound around along the outer circumferential face 10a of the inner cylinder, an outer cylinder 13 that stores the inner cylinder whereon the linear heater is wound around, and a case body 20 that stores the outer cylinder. A gas delivery port 25a is disposed on a first longitudinal end part 22 of the case body to communicate with a first opening 11a of a first longitudinal end part 11 of the inner cylinder, and a gas introduction port 26a is disposed on the upper part of the case body to open to the outer circumferential side space of the outer cylinder in the case body. The inner cylinder is stored in the case body in such a manner that a second opening 12a thereof on its longitudinal second end part 12 opens in the direction of a second longitudinal end part 27 of the case body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
